Hot dip galvanized products have a multitude of attractive features, from excellent corrosion resistance to a pleasing appearance, which make them ideal for use in a range of diverse industries. These industries include chemical equipment, oil processing, Marine exploration, metal structure production, electricity generation and shipbuilding. Additionally, hot dip galvanized products are widely used in agriculture, where they are utilized for applications like sprinkler irrigation and dim room tasks. In the construction sector, they are indispensable for water and gas transportation, wire casing, scaffolding, housing and more. Bridges and transportation also largely benefit from the durability and longevity of hot dip galvanized products.

To produce a hot-dip galvanized bridge, a formal enterprise follows a specific process. First, the enterprise processes the customer-specified steel plate into the semi-finished bridge frame, ensuring that the thickness of the steel plate meets the National hot dip standard. This is important as inadequate thickness can lead to deformation under high temperature conditions.
Next, the semi-finished cable tray is placed in the first tank for pickling, followed by phosphating treatment in the second tank. These steps help prepare the surface of the cable tray for the galvanizing process.
The prepared cable tray is then immersed in a high-temperature zinc tank where it is subjected to molten zinc at approximately 600°C. This allows a layer of zinc to attach to the surface of the cable tray, which is crucial for corrosion resistance. The thickness of the zinc layer should be no less than 65μm for thin plates less than 5mm, and no less than 86μm for thick plates.
Finally, the cable tray undergoes cooling and reinforcement in a specially designed cooling pool. This ensures that the attached zinc layer becomes more firm and enhances its corrosion-resistant properties. By following this meticulous production process, the formal enterprise achieves the goal of producing hot-dip galvanized bridges.
